I don’t peer pressure you into buying organic, but I can certainly offer guidance about how to get the most bang for your buck if this is the route you choose. I’m a meat-lover. Will that be a problem?

Definitely not! My son and I are right there with you. These recipes are meat-lover friendly.

I’m a vegetarian. Can I still do the challenge?

For sure. Every recipe can be customized to “hold the meat”.

What if I have food allergies or sensitivities?

I’m way ahead of you. All of the recipes are wheat, dairy and gluten-free.
