The Stress Reduction for Management workshop informs leaders about the impact of stress, overwhelm, and burnout in the workplace and helps them to identify indicators of stress in themselves and others.

While this workshop is directed toward workplace stress, it is normal for stress to trickle into other aspects of your life. Luckily, managing stress in one area often positively impacts other areas of life.

With practical techniques to reduce stress and implement immediately, this workshop aims to support you in building a plan to make small changes in your life.

By learning these techniques, you will be able to support your employees from a calmer perspective, share the techniques you have learned, and work towards stress reduction overall.
